Refund & Cancellation Policy

Travel to Unseen operates as a lead-generation marketplace connecting travelers with third-party travel agencies and service providers. Therefore, our refund policy is structured based on the specific nature of our platform.

For Travelers (Customers)

1. Free Service: The use of the Travel to Unseen platform, including the AI Trip Planner and receiving quotes from agencies, is entirely free of charge for travelers. We do not collect any payment for trip bookings directly on our website.

2. Third-Party Bookings: Any payments made for tours, hotels, flights, or taxis are made directly to the respective travel agency or service provider you choose from your dashboard. Therefore, all refunds, cancellations, and modifications are subject to the individual refund policy of that specific travel agency.

We strongly advise travelers to review the terms and cancellation policies of the agency before making any final payments to them.

For Travel Agencies (B2B Partners)

Agencies purchase leads or wallet credits on our platform. The following terms apply to B2B transactions:

  • Wallet Recharges: Funds added to the agency wallet are non-refundable. They can only be used to purchase leads or premium features on the platform.
  • Lead Purchases: Once a lead (or "Hot Match") is unlocked and the contact details are revealed, the transaction is final. No refunds will be issued for unlocked leads, even if the customer does not finalize a booking with the agency, as the fee is for the "lead generation/contact reveal" and not a guaranteed sale.
  • Invalid Leads: In rare cases where a purchased lead contains completely fake or disconnected contact details (e.g., a phone number that does not exist), agencies may raise a dispute within 48 hours of purchase via Contact Us. Verified invalid leads may be eligible for a wallet refund at the sole discretion of our admin team.
