We provide AI-generated itineraries and lead generation services to connect you with third-party service providers. Any booking, payment, or contract for travel services is strictly between you and the respective agency.

3. User Conduct

When using our platform, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information, particularly when submitting trip requests. You agree not to misuse the platform to submit fake inquiries, spam, or abusive content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, algorithms (including our AI planner logic), and branding on Travel to Unseen are our intellectual property. You may not copy, scrape, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to verify agencies on our platform, but we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or exact fulfillment of services provided by third-party agencies. Travel to Unseen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, cancellations, or losses arising from your bookings with third-party providers.
