Yes! Our platform, including the AI Trip Planner and receiving custom quotes from travel agencies, is 100% free for travelers. You only pay for your actual trip when you book directly with an agency.
Are the travel agencies verified?
Absolutely. We require all B2B travel agencies to undergo a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, submitting their business documents before they can access leads or send quotes on our platform.
How is my contact information shared?
Your privacy is our priority. When you request a trip, agencies only see the details of the trip (destination, dates, budget). Your name, email, and phone number are kept hidden. They are only revealed to a specific agency if you explicitly click "Interested" on their quote and they choose to purchase your lead.
Do I have to book with the quotes I receive?
No obligation at all. You can review multiple quotes, compare them with your AI-generated itinerary, and only proceed if you find a deal that perfectly matches your expectations.
What happens if I need to cancel my trip?
Because you book directly with the travel agency, all cancellations, modifications, and refunds are handled according to that specific agency's policy. Please review our Refund Policy and always check with the agency before making payments.
